Unreliable and poor support. My wife and I were offline for half a day recently while travelling, so we lost access to making payments, using maps, etc. It took hours for Jetpack to respond. They apologized but didn't seem to understand or want to know about the consequences. Their voice packs are not well thought through. There's very little information available, and you must call from within the app. Don't expect to copy/paste numbers from your phone app. If you buy an eSIM you can activate it once you arrive at your destination; voice packs are active immediately so they expire earlier than you expect. That's dumb: it puts customers off buying a voice pack till they need it. By then they will have arrived and found better deals with local telcos.
