Inferior products
Order these heart shaped objects with sea glass and lovely words . Looked great quality and were in the sale. Unfortunately when they arrived they were very poor quality so I complained . I was offered partial refund which I accepted as saved me having to parcel up and take to post office and pay for postage probably and thought a charity shop may appreciate them . 3 times I have been promised my refund will be processed. Hasn’t happened. Definitely would not recommend this company. Also they bombard you with emails after . 1st February see response from company. 3 times I’ve been on to customer services as stated and nothing has happened apart from being fobbed off .
