I have been a frequent contributor to the site for many years, having earned probably a couple thousand dollars in total, and would still be using them to this day if they didn’t randomly stop having any surveys come across my dashboard. For months now, any time I log in to see if I can do a survey, it tells me that there are currently no surveys available for me and I should try to update my profile to have some show up. That being said, I have updated my profile to 100% completion and still nothing. What’s more is I have enough points to at least cash out for an Amazon gift card (I’d prefer to cash out to PayPal for actual money, but I’d at least like to use what points I do have), but every time I try, I get an error message saying my attempt can’t be processed, and I can’t get hold of anyone at customer service to resolve this (I just get their automated email response and then that’s it).
