Great, a minor hiccup but otherwise perfect!
I ordered a pair of lens from them in May, a few weeks before a con. (It was very last minute). The contacts were promptly shipped, and since I had paid for expedited services they were received in only a few days. However upon arrival I noticed one of the contacts was fairly damaged, this wasn't noticeable when looking at in the bottle only when out. It had a considerable "chip" out of it's rim. Fortunately the other was in perfect condition! I notified them right away and received a fairly quick response, they also sent out my replacement just in time for me to receive it the night before the con. They helped me very quickly and were very polite.
