Quick customer service when canceling!
I made an order thinking they accepted Paypal but turns out they don't anymore. The order status was already processing and I started to freak out since it wouldn't let me cancel but the chat box was up so I sent them a quick message asking them to cancel. The lady kindly asked for my order number and the order was canceled immediately no other questions asked. That's great communication and service for me. Hopefully they will fix their Paypal issue so I can buy lenses from them. Decided to put this review up since there are a few bad ones recently. The company is decent, at least in my experience.
