No Communication, No Service, Never Got Items
I ordered my lenses (about $100 worth) in early May with expedited shipping. I followed the tracking # with UPS constantly, but it got held onto by customs. From there, I received an email from Pinky Paradise letting me know that this had happened. I contacted UPS and they let me know that they needed information from Pinky Paradise before moving forward with delivering my box. So here I am, two months later, (with multiple attempts to contact Pinky Paradise to provide UPS with the information they needed) trying to contact "Customer Service" because my box is now considered "abandoned" because of their lack of communication with UPS. Waste of money especially if you live in the US (not sure if shipping requirements are the same in other countries). I've emailed every contact under the "Contact Us" part of PinkyParadise's website and I've gotten "Email returned to sender" because their so-called "Customer Service" does not exist. I am unable to get a refund on my items because they will never get to me. I will never shop with or recommend this company as long as I live.
