Long time user...
I've used animoto off and on since around 2010! I'm not familiar with the changes and miss the ease of using the old templates, but.. hopefully I'll get the hang of the changes soon. Also, Nadia was very helpful in helping me get my educator's discount back. Very helpful and polite!
