I found the company after much research, looking for something to shield my blind dog's eyes. I ordered a visor which I received within a few days and found that it did not fit. I called and they suggested another size, which I bought and sent the other back immediately. The day they received the visor, the sent the credit (minus shipping). They also follow-up via email. I have already referred them to my vet's office. The visor is pretty sturdy and the price is just right!
