They want a share of any compensation that you get but don’t want to ‘talk’ to you. Sent me a discontinuation letter saying my car was a petrol one. DVLA details prove otherwise, and I put a lot of diesel in it whilst I had it. I’m sure that the engine would have not taken kindly to that if it was petrol.
