Despite what other reviewers say, I've had no problems.
I have bought hundreds of items, mostly small electronic items, tools, or components. Virtually no problems, and when there were BG usually dealt with them quickly and to my satisfaction. I've been buying from them since 2017, and I'll keep on buying from them.
