Duplicated Orders. No order confirmed email. Refused tp fefund in full.
I bought Ender 3 Max Neo combo. Its work very good. I am about to give them 5 stars. The problem was that I got duplicated orders (without order confirmation email for the duplicated one). I have no idea that 4 days later I received another delivery confirmed email for second order and there was no way to cancel it. They don't want to pay for the shipping and return shipping fee. sad
