These are great shoes, but the customer service is terrible! I ordered my previous shoes from Amazon, but thought it was worth paying a little more to deal with the company directly and forgo Amazon; what a mistake that was! I needed to exchange the shoes as they were too small. Like other customers, replies to my requests were long in coming. They asked me to keep the shoes (what use do I have for small shoes?), and pay 60 Euros for the exchange. Original postage was 30 Euros; why is it suddenly double? Long story short, they have decided to refund me 130 Euros out of the 211 Euros I originally paid. The company doesn't refund postage (30 Euros) nor the insurance cost (51 Euros???!!!) so 81 Euros have been pocketed by them and I'm left with nothing as I sent the shoes back. Anyway, terrible, dishonest, disorganised, and completely unprofessional business; whatever you do, don't deal with them directly as they will rip you off, and don't expect any kind of apology or admission of wrong-doing. What a terrible experience, never again!
