Tried and True Hexclad products & Customer Service
Hexclad products are amazing and cooking in them has truly been a very satisfying experience. My husband has complimented on the improved quality and taste of the food since I started using this cookware. My only crtitique is it can be a bit sensitive, so it is best to use a lower hear setting than you are used to using for most dishes. However, if you follow the simple curing and maintenance instructions, and repeat them periodically based on your cooking methods, you will have a beautiful and very efficient set to prepare your favorite dishes. And if for some reason you have an issue with your pot(s), reach out to customer service. They are immediately responsive with caring suggestions for resolution of any issues, and they remain with you until the issue is resolved as necessary. Their support is incomparable to many other companies, so it has been well worth the investment in this cookware!! I'm a fan!
