I lost 149.509 credits by a mistake by wrong KI advice. I wrote two emails to the support team bur received no answer since 8 resp. 4 days. Ticket #641941 PS: Support answered now and gave me these lost credits back. So it seems that's a good possibility to trigger the support by a review on Trustpilot ;-)
