Getting worse and worse
Getting worse and worse! Been a customer for 5 years. They have slowly and surely declined in service and recently its got really poor, something I can see others here are also experiencing. 1) Payment gateway broke - several times 2) Features they are adding are next to useless for any marketer. 3) They had an error which removed all long term keywords, this was resolved later though, but the explanation of it, made zero sense. 4) Cancelled my account without authorisation. 5) Really unfriendly payment systems, which they take no accountability for. Their customer service team really needs to be improved. They reply fast, but don't seem to read anything thats actually written. Go to majestic, better service.
