Poor labelling and rubbish customer support
Thank heaven I checked the ingredients before applying. Product has a sesame oil base to which I am HIGHLY allergic. The ingredients list is proper hidden on the website and there is no allergen warning despite sesame being one of the best-known substances for causing a reaction. Have emailed the manufacturer to complain and to tell them I want a refund - happy for them to arrange to collect the poison potion as it’s unopened. Now on day 3 and despite a chase, zero response to my email. Horrible company with zero ethics and zero interest in the fact their concoction could’ve put me in hospital - or worse. 19.06.2025 update. So despite the word salad response below and my providing them with the order number AND a further email to both their team@ and care@ email addresses …. Silence. I want my money back for the unusable product!!
