Still waiting for my order, I've disputed the Paypal charge
I've ordered a Tripod with K&F and after almost 2 months it still hasn't arrived. They say it was in my country, but after two failed deliveries it was send back. First of all, I was at home it's Covid time and we need to work from home. Second of all, bring the package to a servicepoint then. Giving K&F the benefit of the doubt I send a string of nicely formulated emails asking for a status update and all they've been giving me is: "We've contacted the delivery provider". K&F, I want my order and I do not care about your internal issues with a delivery provider. Fix the issue and don't let your customer be the victim. Now I'm waiting for a Paypal dispute as they refuse to answer my questions stating either give me a refund or provide me a tracking link. It's all standard answers with their support... UPDATE: Product was delivered in the end. Just took WAY too long and their support is lacking
