I needed monitoring to my existing home alarm system. I visited their website and then called. The sales rep, Taylor Wood was very friendly and courteous. I had reservations from other companies that I had called before where they told me that my system was too old and that I need to get a new one. Smith Monitoring had no problems in providing service with minimum upgrade of three keypads and the mother board at a very affordable cost included in the monitoring price which save me almost 50 percent of my previous monitoring company. This also included a very nice maintenance agreement. Dawn and Daniel were very professional and to the point, They worked very efficiently without sales pitches and clear in their explanations. As far as transferring monitoring services from one company to another they are very good. Maybe one day I'll upgrade to one of their newer and better system. Only time will tell their true performance but for now I like it. By the way the Smithmonitoringreviewssanantonio.com did not work. I had to find the Trust Pilot Website and from there I was able to provide my feedback. It was the least I could do for them after such a display of professionalism.
