Untrustworthy and unresponsive
I bought 2 Steam gift cards. I immediately redeemed them, but one said it had already been redeemed. I requested a refund. After 24 hours I still hadn't gotten so much as an automated response, but I did get a request to rate my experience. So, one star. I don't trust this site our company, and they owe me money.
