Probably the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. From start to finish, it was painful. Stated that it was in stock and would be delivered in early April. When I chased them, they sent a tracking URL to their product page. When I challenged this, they said, "I never said it had been dispatched"! Then, I asked when it would be delivered, only to be told there were issues with logistics. Eventually, I gave up and stated that I wanted a full refund. They then said it would take up to 15 working days! I always find it interesting how they can take your payment upfront instantly, but a refund takes 15 days! Avoid these clowns like the plague. They promise all sorts of wonderment and deliver nothing.
