Scooter broke down. Niu offer no support
Bought a niu electric scooter in july 2024. I put 500km on it. This week the battery broke down. Obviously, 3 months after warranty finish. Customer service is shit and no part exist to repair it and if it does, it cost the price of a brand new scooter. Shit company et poor customer service.
