Initial problem dealt with
Once we managed to communicate what my issue was (a faulty BCD Menu that needed to be rebuilt) they managed to point me in the right direction to do so without bootable media - which is handy because their bootable media does not try to add drivers and cannot access my SSDs without said drivers
