Have been trying to reschedule a business class flight for nearly 24 hours. Tried online three times only to have no response on each attempt, tried calling locally and was told to email, emailed with no response to an alleged 24 hour service and then followed up with another email direct to customer care. Still no response. This is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
