Deal with issues yourself
It's very hit and miss with the agoda platform, very one sided and certainly not on your side.
I only use this company and booking.com for the avios points, I deal with all issues myself as neither company is worth the time of day.
The major issue i had this time was i had booked my hotel from 28th to 6th of march for £871 ( ID 5017021068895960743) and my amex card showed it was pending, then i receive a message stating it was cancelled and to rebook. I did this and low and behold the booking price was not honoured and the new price was £1073.73 (ID 1984921803).
It works for me but If it wasn't for avios it would be good bye.

The reviews speak for themselves. It's a system that's there to steal your money if you want a refund.
I have only used Trainpal a few times to mix it up with Trainline; however, never again. I paid £47.21 for my ticket and needed to cancel, but the refund was £1.27 total scam, stating most of the train ticket was non-refundable, not easy to read, unlike Trainline, which is very clear, and to be honest was £10 cheaper if your ticket was non-refundable, and when you're in a rush, you can certainly make an error. Trainpal's app is misleading, but then I am used to the trainlines app, better the devil you know comes to mind. I have now deleted the app and my account with Trainpal.
