Since my 1st introduction to Cearvol and their Wave Lite hearing aids at the beginning of this year their OTC product shipped to my address in Victoria, BC, I had quit a learning curve to climb and Cearvol's video's and in certain cases their support staff's instructive,concise & clear emails with images made it easy and fun to learn how to use and care for this well-made product. I am EXTREMELY pleased with both product and support. I think it is worth more than the $375 USD/$521 Cdn. that I paid for the product, December 14, 2025.
