Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend
Would not purchase a Mammotion product again. The software feels unfinished, with numerous bugs, glitches, and missing features that significantly impact the overall user experience. Customer support is equally frustrating. Their automated AI support system is largely a waste of time, offering little meaningful assistance. Even after submitting log files as requested, getting actual solutions seems nearly impossible. For a product in this price range, I expected far better software quality and customer support. Overall, a disappointing experience. I would not recommend Mammotion.
