My go-to online store for manga
EDIT: Customer service is acceptable. Based on my recent experiences the quality control seems to be getting worse. Would not recommend to collectors (i.e. those who want items in pristine condition) but otherwise a fine store I've ordered hundreds of dollars ($600+) of books off rightstuf and my experience has been largely positive. Packaging is excellent and the books are typically cheaper than MSRP so I usually buy in bulk once there's a series I want to read. Shipping times are not super great but they are acceptable. Other reviews mention issues with shipping costs so for reference I live in the US and I order books in bulk so shipping costs are negligible compared to the cost of the total order. Occasionally the books come with some dings or weird gunk on them. Issues are rare enough that I don't really have any complaints I haven't had an experience with customer service yet. This combined with the occasional book quality issues (considering they also sell 'damaged' merchandise for cheaper) is a 4/5 experience
