Heropro laptop no power and poor customer service
Heropro laptop in just under 2 months the laptop has stopped turning on, charge light is on when mains power is connected but will not power up have raisde issue via chat and they keep saying that they have emailed with details of their repair service however no emails have been received. I don't expect something to stop working in under 2 months, Looking on chat forums and review sites this issue has been experienced by large numbers of people already so CHUWI must know its an issue thereis no customer service. Please don't waste your money yes they say they offer customer service and back up in the event of fault but don't believe this as they never resolve or do what they say. I only wish I would of taken more time to read reviews on the company as I would of never purchased from them stay clear, save time and save your hard earned money.
