AWESOME customer service
I have puchased close to a dozen pair of glasses from Firmoo. The last pair seemed to be a little off and I had a hard time with the prescription. I wrote Firmoo and within 24 hours they responded with a coupon for the full purchase price. AWESOME customer service.
