regarding yr reply : I payed two (2) months ago. you promised to ship DHL 1st November. you never read messages on Aliexpress. you gave me 2 fake shipping numbers. you do not sell from Hongkong so no shipping problems there. I WANT MY PAYMENT RETURNED. I am not interested in more stories and my patience is for sure over. normal companies keep customers informed - you do nothing. and since we are 2 months later and yr kind of business is changing fast : I bought another one , better specs for less than usd 100

imagine : you buy an F2 on Ali Express.they promiss to ship 1st November with DHL.they never do. they never answer emails. Ali Express is invisible.to make a long story short. the first shipping number is fake. the second also. and Umidigi now tells me I will receive a phone somewhere 02-02-2020. four months after buying. they are just a very bad joke. do not buy from them

I was so stupid to buy an F2 on Ali Express. Umidigi does not read or answer anything. I payed on October 14th and they still did absolutely nothing. maybe they ship somewhere net year??? I want to cancel and with me lots of other customers. this is a really bad company. when I payed shipping date was November 1st. what a bad joke - this company. I am a customer and not an investor. and that phone? other sellers now sell 5G with android 10 and 8-256. for less than usd 100.
