Easy setup, works well and friendly support
Alex H was a great help to my wife Ghizlane today in helping resolve an issue with our router not connecting to the vpn and got us setup on my TP-link BE800 router with nordvpn via Teamviewer. Whilst we are a little disapointed that we cannot use the wireguard protocol on my router because of our choice of vpn provider (We went with Nordvpn as we were offered a discount on their yearly subscriptions from flashrouters when purchasing my router but apparently Nord don't allow manual configs using their nordlynx/wireguard and you need the nord app to use this protocol) that was due to our own lack of knowledge. Alex was friendly and professional throughout and when asked questions responded immediately with expert knowledge.
