1.Late delivery 2.Item faulty 3.Offered 10% price reduction instead of a return 4.Return policy not honoured 5.Dire warnings of cost of returns to China( even though they stated they organise this in returns policy) 6.Every trick in the chinese playbook for scammers Lost £78 - awaiting recharge request from cc company Avoid at all costs Update March 24th following Nillkin response All contacts from them have been designed to make me accept the faulty products. They NEVER offered a refund and instead my cc company applied a charge back. Avoid and take care with any and all chinese based companies as they regularly hide their returns policy which invaribly means expensive postage to China
