Absolutely horrendous airline avoid
Absolutely horrendous airline avoid at all costs, booked from Japan to Manchester, transfer in china turned from 3 hours to TWO days, in what appears to be a holding hotel in nowhere with just noodles to eat no options no other flights offered absolutely no wifi to get another flight myself. Stay well away you have been warned, Airline were no help whatsoever, and very obstructive. Refund was only for jump to china not for canceled china to Manchester so £1500 was a £90 refund. TOTAL SCAM AVOID.
