Very Disappointed
We booked a transfer from Heathrow to Southampton. Our booking stated Booking Summary Essentials - LHR > SOU $340 City Walks - Royals and Landmarks Tour Included City Walks - Wizard Walk Included Private Transfer - From Heathrow Airport to Southampton Port Included Total incl. tax $340 Price details When our driver picked us up, he had no knowledge of the City Walk tours we were expecting as part of our transfer. He stated that it was not included in his instructions for the day and mentioned it was not on the way to our destination. We had planned to enjoy these tours en route to Southport, so this was very disappointing. As a result, we arrived at our hotel far too early and were left waiting nearly five hours to check in. One of the main reasons we selected your company was because the tours were advertised as part of the transfer service. Unfortunately, this experience felt misleading and left us dissatisfied. Given this, I will not be recommending your services in the future.
