no guarantee you will receive cash back
For the most part FreeShipping does what it claims. But occasionally, your cash back, especially for large purchases never arrives. When reported, FreeShipping will tell you that everything looks correct and they don’t know why you didn’t get your cash back. It is frustrating that you can choose to make a purchase based on promised cash back, you do everything right, and if the company doesn’t hold up their part, FreeShipping does nothing about it. There is no guarantee, and that is just wrong. It is false advertising. It has happened several times to me, most recently with Paper Mart, so buyer beware. Also, I did report this and FreeShipping says they can't see anything wrong with my request. PaperMart may just not honor the cash back.
