No cash-back payment
I have bought a steamer with cash-back promotion (Netherlands). After registering, it took them forever to determine if I qualify for cash-back. After confirmation, I was supposed to receive cash-back within 7(!) weeks. It has been 10 weeks now and no cash-back payment despite several emails to customer service. They clearly know how to turn customer-enthusiast into customer-I-will-never-buy-your-product-again.
