I will never buy from BuddhaStone shop again, purely because the refund process is absymal. I bought 5 items in mid-March, these were received early April. I only wanted to keep one of the items. It took numerous emails back and forth with Customer Services to get the refund details. In each email I clearly stated that I wanted a refund, and all they really wanted to do was offer exchanges - and every email was eating into the 30 day refund period. When I finally got the address, I discovered that it is in China, so no wonder shipping costs for returns are not included. However, I figured that the amount of the refund required even after shipping costs, it would be worth it. What I didn't account for is that the parcel has now been sitting in customs in China for the past 5 weeks. I am now wondering if I will ever get a refund. So be really sure that you want the items you are purchasing.
