Don't buy hoverboards from TVC Mall
I ordered a smart balance wheel (hoverboard) from tvc mall almost 3 weeks ago. They claim it takes 1-2 days for processing and 2-6 days for shipping. I noticed a few days after I ordered that the status was still on "pending". I emailed them time after time and there was no response. About a week later they finally emailed me back saying they were on a 5 day holiday break. They then said that they were currently in a shortage and that it would be another WEEK before they would be getting more in stock. Two days ago marked that week. I emailed them asking when it would be shipped. They said "tomorrow". The next day (which was yesterday) I asked if it was shipped and they said that they were preparing to ship it and that they would send me a tracking number soon. The next day (which is today) I still haven't got a tracking number and my order status says "processing". I doubt they have even shipped it. I've read several reviews of people having the same problem. One person even said that when they finally got their hoverboard it was broken. Hopefully they can send my order and that it will arrive safely and not damaged. The way things have gone so far I'm not even sure if they'll ever ship my order. Anyways I highly recommend you stay away from this site, or at least their smart balance wheels. TVC mall, if you guys are reading this please just send my order today. This is ridiculous. I don't like having to post bad reviews about you guys but customers are giving you guys lots of money and they need to know the truth. My order number is V15101501040
