0 stars!!! Waste of money!!! I bought one for my mum and what I was sent was not a hand painted ornament. I have contacted customer care to be offered 10% as no refund due to personalised item. I then showed them a picture of what received compare to an £11 bauble from next and I paid nearly £40 for this hand painted item they then advised they could give me 20% back. I would like what I ordered.... or a full refund. I do not normally wrote a bad review but looks like I'm getting no where...
