No confirmation on order or ticket.
UPDATE: I am still not impressed by this company. I have to hand it to them for having the confidence to ask me to change my review. Rosegal - I will add one star for the fact that they issued me a refund. I didn't like that they requested that I change this post before doing so. It seems incredibly shady to me that Rosegal said that they wouldn't be able to issue me a refund for 15-30 days. When I said that I would maybe consider writing an updated review, the money was given back to me immediately. It seems like very poor business practices to me. I have not received any confirmation on my order (Z1510151150065140) that I had submitted October 15th. I bought a sweatshirt. I noticed that my card has been charged but I have not received any acknowledgment of what part of the "processing" the order is in. I understand that some companies need a few days to "process orders" but every other company I have dealt with in the past would have said something by now. I have not received any confirmation from the company on the ticket (T15102211396) that I submitted. It is incredibly frustrating to not hear anything and I will not be buying from this company in the future. I feel like I have bought into a scam and will be more careful with my purchasing in the future. It's incredibly disappointing.
