HORRID packaging…
Usually I am beyond happy with the service of Uniqso. I’ve been a happy customer for many years now. However, my last order was unlike any I’ve received. Usually, I am sent a box, protecting all the contacts inside with some accessories for the contacts included and always with a kind note. I’m not sure if there’s been a change in packaging recently, but I received two separate packages, with only the contacts and a lens case. The packaging was atrocious; luckily the lenses were fine but the small boxes they come in were all damaged, bent, and smushed. The packaging was a simple brown folder with no padding inside to keep the products safe. I attempted to contact someone about the damaged packaging, but I couldn’t contact anyone. I have been using this company for years, but if this is what I have to look forward to now, I may start shopping elsewhere.
