Struggling to get items
For at least three pairs of contacts, I've gotten emails about the contacts being unavailable to ship for some reason or another. This is despite the contacts being listed on the site in my prescription, and the order being confirmed and un-editable. The emails informing me of this ended up in a random folder in my inbox, unlike other pinkyparadise emails I received. For this order, I paid extra for express shipping (2-5 business days). Not only did the contacts not arrive in time for when I needed them, they still haven't arrived. Order was placed on 10/25, it is now 11/5. I haven't had an issue with the contacts themselves, but I'll not be buying here again due to order fulfillment and shipping issues.
