No possible way to contact customer service or get answers! I'm missing a package!
I ordered 5 items that I was highly anticipated and paid for expedited shipping. I got 1 order about 7 days after I ordered (which should of been less) but I received and loved these items. --- I have 3 more that should be coming and I see online it is showing that the package was delivered and signed for!? ... I DID NOT RECEIVE IT and I want to know if what I am seeing is the confirmation for the first package I already received or if someone else out there got my order. **ORDER # ZB1510160018054075** - I have filled out like 10 "tickets" already to ask questions. I get no answers except and email that they will contact me. -- their phone # does not work!!! This is really messed up! I paid for these items. This is a terrible feeling
