DO NOT ORDER anything of value from this place!
After lots of shopping, we ordered my son's hover-board from TVC with every dollar of his recent birthday money. The product took 3 weeks to arrive, and when it did it was broken. They subcontract thru so many different companies, that it has been impossible to get a refund, even though UPS returned it to the "SHIPPER". This has been a nightmare. TVC even suggested we watch a video, and repair it ourselves with a part they could send, along with 20 USD. It's been a month now. We are still pursuing our refund and TVC claims to have never heard of the "SHIPPER" that we actually received the product from. DON'T DO IT!! Their customer service consists of invalid phone numbers, and fake "live chat" solutions. "SHERRY" will reply to your emails only once per night with evasive questions, and no real attempts to locate/solve the problem. I will report them to every outlet possible.
