Never Buy from TVC-Mall
Processing time for my item stated worst case would be 2-3 days, and they even said in the online chat "we'll try and get it sent before the weekend" (I placed the order on a Thursday). I placed said order on 22/10/2015 with express (2-4 day post) and they didn't even post it until the 31st!! So instead of it arriving on the 2nd it ended up not arriving until Wednesday November 4th!!! Absolutely disgusted. To add insult to injury they now send me spam advertising even though I have unsubscribed from their list. The product itself was great but arrived very late considering I needed it by the 7th, did not leave me enough time to practise with the product. I also got on their chat several times to ask them where my parcel was and they tried to blame it on DHL even though the parcel and label was still with them. I got in touch with DHL Australia who put me on hold while they spoke to the centre in HK who confirmed they did not have the parcel, even though the TVC Mall rep swore they did not have it, the TVC rep even told me "do not believe DHL" - their own courier company!? I then asked questions to TVC rep which DHL had already given me answers to, and because the TVC rep was lying and I was able to prove it they got angry and left the chat conversation. Avoid this company at all costs if you can! They are deceptive, they lie and even when you pay a premium for express postage expect it to still take triple the amount of time because they are the laziest people on earth.
