Banggood is very good if the item you purchased works ok, I am having problems even getting an answer about the item I just purchased because it does not work properly, it is clearly faulty but I cannot get an answer how to send item back or receive a new one, I have contacted them twice and have now been told please give us time, I don’t want a refund all I want is the item to be fit for the purpose I purchased it for.
