NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! Worst customer service ever!
Worst experience of my life. Bought a 2 wheels balance board for my son's birthday. UPS delivered to an incorrect address. I never got the merchandise and TVC does not want to refund the money I paid for a merchandise I never received. They even say that UPS charged them $236 of freight charges which I have no idea what that is. They have been disrespectful in the way they talk to me about the situation. Not even once they have said sorry because my son never got his bday present. They only keep saying it was my fault because I provided an incorrect address and it wasnt. They talk to me in an agressive and acusatory tone. Something like that has never happened to me before when buying on line. They may be a store in a house garage or something like that. If you dont want to loose your money please NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
