Failure to send the item and no refund yet
I ordered a luba 2 3 weeks ago as they emailed me and said they had them in stock and woould ship the item in 2-3 days. They have created a DPD ticket but not actually asked DPD to collect the item from them. When I enquired about the delay, they said DPD were having problems and were unable to collect the item form them, which I found hard to believe. After another enquiry they created a tracking number with DHL, but again just a notication of intention to ship one day. I have asked a few times for a refund but they refuse to acknowledge my request. I'm getting worried they'll go bust while holding my money. This is a start up company that does seem to be getting a bit of bad press, so it does make you wonder. I would reccomend looking elsewhere. It looked like a good deal for the price, but I wish I had just paid more and gone with with a legitemte company with decent customer service. Oh dear :-( They still refuse to accept that I have cancelled my order.
