False advertising
Ordered the two wheel self balance mini scooter on website, and chose USA delivery which should only take 2-4 days. However it's been 3 weeks and I still have not received the item. Wrote many e-mails to them, and they said it's being processed. Sent me a ups tracking number that just said a label was created but pkg never turned over to ups for shipping. Later they said it was out of stock so they had to ship from China. Several days passed and still no sign of the item. E-mailed them again and they said they had delays in custom and now it's been resolved but still need a few days to reach U.S. Several days have gone by and still no sign of the item and they can't even provide a tracking number!
