Horrible experience
My purchase arrived broken. The corner of the merchandise box (not the shipping box) was crushed. Once I open the merchandise box, I notice that the product (a hover board) that the wheel hub was chip/broken. Which then I tried to turn on the product and half on the board didn't respond or light up. Very disappointed. The hardest part was trying to get TVC-Mall to issue me a RMA # to return the broken product. It took weeks & multiple emails/photos & video. VERY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE. AVOID TVC-MALL !!!!
